She introduces us to foraging and what's available in Nova Scotia, like Sea Truffle; why eating food while it's in season is important and of course, we dive into her Top Chef journey (including the meal that made her so angry!).
We also get tips on how to improve our own cooking skills and how we can all start foraging and preserving.
Steph has recently fulfilled her lifelong dream of opening her own restaurant, Hop Scotch Dinner Club in Halifax, where you can experience maritime ingredients and flavours that are locally sourced.
